En los ejercicios y ejemplos verás que utilizan "He has got or She has got" en lugar de "He has or She has". Es una forma que sólo utilizan los británicos, pero significa exactamente lo mismo.
También verás que a veces utilizan "of medium/average height" y otras "medium/average height". La versión con "of" es más formal y normalmente se usa en la escritura más que en el lenguaje hablado.
También verás que también utilizan "plump" para hombres.
